The 2021 Financial Report, the 2022 Budget and the 2022 Annual Meeting Minutes are posted below. The Board of Directors has set the Annual Assessment for 2022 at $548 (no change from previous year). The due date for the payment is February 25, 2022.

2021 Annual Meeting Report
Thank you to those who braved the outdoor venue this year to attend the Annual Meeting.
The 2020 Financial Report, the 2021 Budget and the 2021 Annual Meeting Minutes are posted below. The Board of Directors has set the Annual Assessment for 2021 at $548 (no change from previous year). The due date for the payment is February 19, 2021.

2021 Annual Meeting Information
Date: Tuesday, February 2nd, 2021
Time: 7:00 pm
Location: Picnic Shelter
We will do our best to keep the meeting short if the weather is inhospitable.
The members will need to elect two (2) Directors this year (Gavin Callaway and David Gudal’s terms expire). They are both willing to serve again. Nominations from the floor will be accepted. PLEASE PLAN TO ATTEND so that we will have a quorum. If you are unable to attend you have the option of giving a signed proxy form to another member who can represent you. The proxy form is posted below (see the form for instructions).

2020 Annual Meeting Report
We had a good turnout for the Annual Meeting, many thanks to all those who were able to attend. The 2019 Financial Report, the 2020 Budget and the 2020 Annual Meeting Minutes are posted below. The Board of Directors has set the Annual Assessment for 2020 at $548 (no change from previous year). The due date for the payment is February 18, 2020.

2020 Annual Meeting Information
Date: Tuesday February 4th 2020
Time: 7:00 PM
Location: 8113 Plum Creek Trail (follow the flagstone sidewalk at the right side of the house, it will lead you to the basement door).
Another year has come and gone and it is time once again for the HOA Annual Meeting. The members will need to elect a Director to replace Dean Johnson whose term is expiring as he will not be continuing on the Board. Many thanks to Dean for serving on the Board since 2008.
Nominations from the floor will be accepted. Please plan to attend so that we will have a Quorum. If you cannot attend you have the option of giving a completed proxy form to another member who can represent you. The form is posted below.
