The 2022 Financial Report, the 2023 Budget and the 2023 Annual Meeting Minutes are posted below. The Board of Directors has set the Annual Assessment for 2023 at $991 (an increase from previous years). The due date for the payment is March 27, 2023.

The 2021 Financial Report, the 2022 Budget and the 2022 Annual Meeting Minutes are posted below. The Board of Directors has set the Annual Assessment for 2022 at $548 (no change from previous year). The due date for the payment is February 25, 2022.

We will do our best to keep the meeting short if the weather is inhospitable.

The members will need to elect two (2) Directors this year (Gavin Callaway and David Gudal’s terms expire). They are both willing to serve again. Nominations from the floor will be accepted. PLEASE PLAN TO ATTEND so that we will have a quorum. If you are unable to attend you have the option of giving a signed proxy form to another member who can represent you. The proxy form is posted below (see the form for instructions).
