We had a good turnout for the Annual Meeting, many thanks to all those who were able to attend. The 2019 Financial Report, the 2020 Budget and the 2020 Annual Meeting Minutes are posted below. The Board of Directors has set the Annual Assessment for 2020 at $548 (no change from previous year). The due date for the payment is February 18, 2020.

2020 Annual Meeting Information

Location: 8113 Plum Creek Trail (follow the flagstone sidewalk at the right side of the house, it will lead you to the basement door).
Another year has come and gone and it is time once again for the HOA Annual Meeting. The members will need to elect a Director to replace Dean Johnson whose term is expiring as he will not be continuing on the Board. Many thanks to Dean for serving on the Board since 2008.
Nominations from the floor will be accepted. Please plan to attend so that we will have a Quorum. If you cannot attend you have the option of giving a completed proxy form to another member who can represent you. The form is posted below.
