  • Annual Meeting 2012

    Please join us for the Annual Meeting on Tuesday, Jan 10 at 7:00 pm.

    WE WILL BE MEETING INDOORS again this year, to avoid suffering through any cold weather 🙂
    Location: In the basement at 8113 Plum Creek Trail (Dave & Missy Gudal). Just follow the flagstone sidewalk at the right side of the house, it will lead you to the lower patio and the basement door.

    The Agenda, Financial Report, and Proposed Budget are posted here for your review.
    Also, two Directors will need to be elected (terms are expiring for David Gudal and Gavin Callaway).

    PLEASE PLAN TO ATTEND so that we will have a Quorum.

  • Fireworks

    Due to extreme drought conditions and input from concerned homeowners, the Board has determined it would be in the best interest of all lot owners to refrain from lighting fireworks of any type in the subdivision. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.

    The 2011 Notice of Assessment was mailed to each owner via US mail. PLEASE CHECK the mailing address and email address shown on your Assessment notice. If any changes are necessary, mark and return the bottom portion of the Notice with your payment. If you pay electronically, you may forward any changes to me via email ([email protected]) IF YOU USE ON-LINE BANKING: please verify that you have the correct mailing address on file with your bank (it should be mailed to 8113 Plum Creek Trail,Burleson, TX 76028).
