The Notice of Assessment was sent via US Mail, the due date is February 1st, 2013.
Please join us for the Annual Meeting on Tuesday, Jan 8 at 7:00 pm.
WE WILL BE MEETING INDOORS again this year, to avoid suffering through any cold weather :)
Location: In the basement at 8113 Plum Creek Trail (Dave & Missy Gudal). Just follow the flagstone sidewalk at the right side of the house, it will lead you to the lower patio and the basement door.
The Agenda, Financial Report, and Proposed Budget will be posted as soon as they are available.
PLEASE PLAN TO ATTEND so that we will have a Quorum.

The 2011 Notice of Assessment was mailed to each owner via US mail. PLEASE CHECK the mailing address and email address shown on your Assessment notice. If any changes are necessary, mark and return the bottom portion of the Notice with your payment. If you pay electronically, you may forward any changes to me via email ([email protected]) IF YOU USE ON-LINE BANKING: please verify that you have the correct mailing address on file with your bank (it should be mailed to 8113 Plum Creek Trail,Burleson, TX 76028).
