    Road Maintenance begins tomorrow (January 22, 2019)

    As mentioned at the Annual Meeting and described in the meeting minutes, a crew will be sealing the cracks in the roadways in both Phase 1 and Phase 2.  The work will begin tomorrow  (Tuesday, January 22, 2019).


    Residents are advised as follows:

    1) Avoid driving on the freshly sealed cracks – normally one side of the roadway is done at a time so you should be able to drive on the side of the road that is not being sealed.

    2) Do not park vehicles or other equipment on any of the roadways/shoulders.

    3) Please slow down and use extra caution while the crews are present since we will all be sharing a smaller road width than usual and visibility may be reduced.
